who are we?
York Theatre Royal is a producing theatre in the heart of the city that offers young people the opportunity to participate in weekly drama sessions with our youth theatre, with the aim of improving confidence, developing performance skills, working as part of a team and enabling participants to live creative lives.
Our programme works across the week at the theatre and across community settings and we’d love for you to come join us.
Where & when?
Our Youth Theatre takes place on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays in venues across York including:
- York St John University
- York College
- York Theatre Royal, Studio
