Each session will have signposting for participants to other relevant activities.
The sport of Rugby League offers numerous benefits, improving physical fitness, meeting new people, developing teamwork skills, and potentially advancing to a higher level in the sport.
Whether you are interested in playing, coaching, volunteering, or supporting your local community club, we urge you to get in touch with them to discuss your options with the club of interest.
